I want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase(s) and endeavour to describe each and every item fully, including dimensions.  If however, you have any further questions, please do contact prior to making your purchase and I will be delighted to answer any queries which you may have.


Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it undamaged and in the original packaging, unused within 14 days for a prompt replacement, exchange or full refund of the item price.  Postal/ delivery costs incurred for returning the item to Lesley H Phillips are not refunded on unsuitable items.  This does not affect your statutory rights.  


Cancellation notice
If you wish to cancel an order, written notice must be given within fourteen days from the day on which you receive your jewellery, with the reasons why the jewellery is being returned (Email is naturally acceptable). You may cancel your order and receive a full refund for any purchase up until fourteen days after the goods have been delivered.  If you order has already been dispatched by the time you cancel your order will be required to return the item(s) and pay the carriage cost on the return.  Unless faulty on receipt, the goods and packing are to be returned at the consumer's cost for posting from their destination, in the same condition as dispatched and by the same method of posting (ie. Recorded or Special Delivery).  Should you require a replacement item the subsequent cost of posting and packing the replacement item is free for the first replacement item only.  Goods returned which arrive damaged or lost, will not be credited. Please note that breakages, missing items on receipt must be notified within 3 days of receiving the order.


Please note that I cannot offer any guarantee for the free chains from which the pendants are hung - these are merely an 'added extra' to ensure that you can wear your pendant on receipt.  If however, the pendant is returned then naturally the chain must also be returned  as the contract is to purchase the pendant with the free chain.

The right to cancel does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specification / earrings
