Q: How long will it be before I receive my item(s)?
A: On receipt of CLEARED payment, then if an item you have chosen is in stock, it will be posted within 48 working hours. Generally unless stated, then if you are allowed to purchase via the cart system, then your chosen item IS in stock.. If your chosen item states specifically in the product details that it needs to be made for you then I will contact you and advise you of the timescales. Depending on the complexity/hallmarking requirements of your chosen item (and my current workload) this can vary from 3 days - 8 weeks. I will contact you to advise and give you the option of a refund. There may be instances where an item is sold at a different venue and cannot be replicated. In the event of this rare occurrence, you will be offered an alternative or your money back.
