This is a gorgeous heart with a rich coverage of 24ct gold foil submerged beneath the dark topaz, producing a stunning yellow.  It takes such skill to make these beads which are imported from Venice.  The size is about 12mm top to bottom.  Murano hearts make a wonderful necklace when mixed with a clear Swarovksi bead and sterling silver wire wrap. I make the pins onto which the heart threads from a thicker wire than the usual pins which are manufactured, for additional security and strength.

This necklace comes with an 18" sterling silver box chain (1mm diameter).
