Predominantly the theme of my handmade precious metal jewellery is the contemporary sleek and clean lines of the early 20th Century, the Art Deco Era. There is an almost timeless element to the geometric forms that transcends the centuries. However, living and working near the Jurrasic coast, I cannot fail to be inspired by the beauty of the surrounding countryside. I find the minimal aesthetic and timeless elegance of the 1920 - 30’s design is not only prevalent within my Distinctly Deco Collection, but automatically flows throughout my sister collections. My Green Collection also alludes to the fact that I utilise my waste silver to produce a selection of recycled silver jewellery and only purchase my bullion from dealers who use mines for their gold and silver which adhere to the "Golden Rules" of mining.
