Q: How long will it be before I receive my item(s)?
A: On receipt of CLEARED payment, then if an item you have chosen is in stock, it will be posted within 48 working hours. If your chosen item needs to be made for you then I will contact you and advise you of the timescales if this is greater than 10 days from receipt of payment then you will be given the option of a refund. There may be instances where an item is sold at a different venue and cannot be replicated In the event of this rare occurrence, you will be offered an alternative or your money back.

You can return your order unused within 7 days for a refund or a replacement. If you wish to cancel an order, written notice must be given within 7 days from the day on which you receive your jewellery, with the reasons why the jewellery is being returned.
Goods returned which arrive damaged or lost, will not be credited. Any goods damaged in transit to you will be replaced at no extra cost with free delivery. Please advise of breakages within 3 days of receiving the order.
Unless faulty, the goods are to be returned at the consumer's cost for posting to and from their destination and in the same condition as despatched and by the same method of posting.
The right to cancel does not apply to the following:
Goods made to a consumer's specification / earrings
My jewellery is guaranteed for six months against manufacturing faults, but not misuse. Please maintain the condition of your jewellery by removing when bathing, swimming or when undertaking manual or domestic work.

Please don't feel that you're obligated to purchase, merely by making an enquiry. I am happy to provide you with a very rough costing estimate based on sufficient details at your initial enquiry.
I am pleased to add your personal touch to existing designs. Every item is handmade. I use 9ct yellow gold with silver as 'decoration' for the silver, for example the gemstone settings can often made with 9ct yellow gold, rather than a piece being made solely from gold.
Prior to accepting my quote or estimate, you will be provided with T&C's for your perusal. For silver work, I will provide a quotation. Where any work has to be subcontracted, then I will provide an estimate only for the subcontracted element. If 9ct gold is used in your design, then I will only provide an estimate as the price fluctuates daily.
I will naturally make every effort to ensure that your item is ready for any special occassion. I generally wish to allow between 4- 8 weeks for making a commissioned item on receipt of cleared deposit depending on the complexity of the design. Naturally this is not 'set in stone' and is dependent on my current workload, so there obviously can be leeway with this timescale.
